By using emtavi, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Accounts and workspaces
The person who signs up is responsible for the company information provided and becomes the workspace's first administrator. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
2. Trial and payment
Each company gets a free 14-day trial. After the trial, continued use is subject to the agreed plan and pricing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use emtavi for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to interfere with the systems or data of other users.
4. Your data
The data your company adds to emtavi belongs to your company. We only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running reliably but are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
