Can we rename the coin?
Yes. Each company names its own internal reward points (e.g. SaoCoin).
Is there protection against abuse?
Yes. There are weekly and monthly limits on thanking the same person, reasons must be specific, and admins can reject a thank-you (refunding both sides).
How does redemption work?
Employees pick a gift and the request awaits approval; if approved, the gift is handed over; if rejected, points are refunded. Redemptions are limited per month.
